What can I expect from the Chaos Lab
Chaos Lab is the ideal place for the family to have fun creating and playing. At Chaos Lab, expect a mirror maze, graffiti wall, slime station, a ball pit, and many more surprises at your disposal. Meet the manic mad scientist and their lab assistants, who will show you through different rooms to create, discover, play, and, above all, have fun. You’ll be sure to enjoy yourself and create great family memories in this creative laboratory.

Chaos Lab is located at 18 Wharf St, Docklands VIC 3008, Australia.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue
The experience takes place indoors.
Is it COVID secure and safe
Yes, the experience will follow government guidelines.
How long does the experience go for?
The experience goes for 45 - 60 minutes depending on your pace throughout each area.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
ACCESS
What is the minimum age requirement?
All ages are welcome. Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and accompanying adults will need their own tickets.
What does the ticket include?
Child ticket: includes entry to the corresponding session for children from 4 to 15 years old. Children under 4 years old do not need a ticket.
Adult: includes entry to the corresponding session for people over 16 years old.
Is the experience wheelchair accessible? Is it recommended for people with mobility problems?
The experience takes place in an accessible location and the majority of the areas will be accessible, however, we will have a ball pit area that may be difficult to access.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
Unfortunately, we do not have any available for rental at this experience.
Is the experience accessible for people who are deaf or hard of hearing?
The experience is generally a very hands on interactive experience with plenty of signage throughout. We do have an experiment demonstration during the experience which is heavily visual.
Is the experience accessible for people who are blind or have low vision?
The experience is generally a very hands on interactive experience where there will be a lot of sensory elements involved plus plenty of audio prompts. It does begin with a mirror maze, however there are available ways to bypass any section of the experience if desired.
Are service animals allowed?
Yes, service animals are welcome, however, please bear in mind there will be potentially loud noises, a mirror maze, a lot of chaos, smoke machines, and flashing lights.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events, please

Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there are a number of parking lots located nearby, with the closest being the Harbourside Wilson Car Park, entrance 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
Are there public transport options to get to the venue?
Yes, District Docklands is very well connected, near ferries, buses and North Melbourne train station.
Are prams allowed inside the experience?
Prams are not allowed inside during the experience, we have a locker room at the entry where these can be checked in.

What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased through the Fever App or website. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform and we will not be able to offer any assistance if they have been purchased anywhere else.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please
contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Do you offer press passes?

Can I host a private event?

Is photography allowed?
Yes photography is allowed and encouraged. For the comfort of all guests, please do not bring selfie sticks or tripods.
Will there be lockers?
Yes there will be a locker room at the entry.
What is the suggested attire?
Wear clothes that are comfortable to play in. We will have some slime and coloured markers, so just in case, it might best to wear something you might not mind getting potentially dirty! Our ball pit will require shoes to be removed, so please wear socks.
What are the payment methods for on-site purchases?
For any on-site purchases, we will be accepting card payments only. There will be no cash sales available on site.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes the site is temperature controlled
What are prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, alcohol and outside food and beverages. Smoking and vaping is also prohibited inside.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
here is no food and beverage available inside the experience for purchase, however we are located inside the Harbourside shopping centre, where there is a foodcourt.
Are there restrooms on site?
Yes there are bathrooms throughout the centre at Harbourside.
