What can I expect from the Chaos Lab?
Chaos Lab is the ideal place for children to have fun creating and playing. At Chaos Lab, expect a glow-in-the-dark room, slime station, a ball pit, and many more surprises at your disposal. Meet the manic mad scientists and their lab assistants, who will show you through different rooms to create, discover, play, and, above all, have fun. You’ll be sure to enjoy yourself and create great memories in this creative laboratory.
Where is the experience located?
Chaos Lab is located at Changi Airport Terminal 2, #03-03, Singapore 819643
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience takes place indoors.
How long does the experience go for?
The experience goes for 30 - 45 minutes depending on your pace throughout each area.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on the capacity at that time. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience.
ACCESS
What is the minimum age requirement?
All ages are welcome. Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and accompanying adults will need their own tickets. Please bear in mind, slime is recommended for ages 3+ only.
What does the ticket include?
Child ticket: includes entry to the corresponding session for children from 4 to 12 years old. Children under 4 years old do not need a ticket but must be accompanied at all times.
Adult: includes entry to the corresponding session for people 13+ years old.
Is the experience wheelchair accessible? Is it recommended for people with mobility problems?
The experience takes place in an accessible location and the majority of the areas will be accessible, however, we will have a ball pit area that may be difficult to access. The ball pit can be bypassed.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
Unfortunately, we do not have any available for rental at this experience.
Can I be seated during the experience?
No, there will not be seating in the experience.
Is the experience accessible for people who are deaf or hard of hearing?
The experience is generally a very hands on interactive experience with plenty of signage throughout.
Is the experience accessible for people who are blind or have low vision?
The experience is generally a very hands on interactive experience where there will be a lot of sensory elements involved plus plenty of audio prompts from staff.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will not be any strobe lights in the experience.
Can I attend if I have a pace maker?
Yes, you can attend if you have a pace maker. Please inform the staff in the interactive science experiment room so they can tell you which experiments to avoid.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, you may park at any of the car parks in Changi Airport, with Car Park 2B nearest to the experience. Please refer
here for parking rates.
Are there public transport options to get to the venue?
Yes, Singapore Changi Airport is very well connected by road or by public transport. To get to Changi Airport by MRT, take the East West Line to Changi Airport MRT Station (CG2).
Are prams allowed inside the experience?
Prams are not allowed inside during the experience. We have a holding room at the entry where these can be checked in.

Where can I get tickets?
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased through the
Fever App or website. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform and we will not be able to offer any assistance if they have been purchased anywhere else.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Do you offer press passes?
Please
contact us for a press pass request with information about which event you are interested in attending.
Can I host a private event?

Is photography allowed?
Yes photography is allowed and encouraged. For the comfort of all guests, please do not bring selfie sticks or tripods.
Will there be lockers?
No, there will not be lockers. There are a number of luggage storing options around Changi Airport, you may find out more
here.
What is the suggested attire?
Wear clothes that are comfortable to play in. We will have some slime and coloured markers, so just in case, it might best to wear something you might not mind getting potentially dirty! Our ball pit will require shoes to be removed, so please wear socks.
What are the payment methods for on-site purchases?
For any on-site purchases, we will be accepting card payments only. There will be no cash sales available on site.
What are prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, alcohol and outside food and beverages. Smoking and vaping is also prohibited inside.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Here is no food and beverage available inside the experience for purchase, however we are located inside the Harbourside shopping centre, where there is a foodcourt.
Are there restrooms on site?
Yes, there are bathrooms throughout the Terminal 2 of Changi Airport.
Is there air conditioning on site?
Yes, there is air conditioning.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
